As Commercial Real Property Analyst in Any Municipality County, many of Dixie’s cases result in refinement of equitable assessment for both positions.
It’s a new tax year, and time to update achievable market rents, expenses, and vacancy for various income producing properties in Any Municipality County.
In anticipation of disputes during appeals about what types of appraisals qualify as valid evidence, Dixie enrolled in a USPAP* course offered online by one of the appraisal trade organizations.
